Conspiracy of the Fetish Matrix
The structure of the Cult, its purely orthogonal nature, is perhaps best illustrated by Bostrom's Orthogonality Thesis, where Artificial Intelligence, as a mythical characterization of the historical finality of the state, uses the totality of its organizational power, which is equal to the whole of history, to produce a banal item, that of a Paperclip, endlessly. The Cult as finality liberates every possible organizational force as a function of "divinity". Every action can be justified merely on account of a god, and every outcome, indistinguishable from every object, similarly can become a god. A paperclip can become a god, the state can become a god, a machine can become a god. [...] [I]t is already impossible to look at cultic activity with critical understanding, since action does not betray any content, and its only remaining dimension becomes the sign.
